PTI Spring Greetings

Tonight is the night for the latest PaperTrey Ink release and I can hardly wait. This card is made with stamps from Take Three: Spring, that was released last month.
The card base is Bazzill green cardstock and the front is 7 different strips of white and blue cardstock.

The upper strip was created using the Martha Stewart butterfly border punch to create the top edge and the butterflies were colored using a copic marker E02. The bottom was created by stamping the 3 bunny stamps with ColorBox Azurite chalk ink. I liked the effect that was created by the uneven coverage on the textured cardstock.
Next a small strip of the white cardstock colored with the same copic marker. Using butterflies that were created when the top edge of the first strip was punched. Left some white and colored alternating butterflies with copic marker G40.
Another larger strip of the white. Added pale green buttons tied with blue embroidery floss and the sentiment.
The tag for the sentiment was made with a new Spellbinders nestability.
The scalloped border is from EK Success and again colored with the copic E02.
3 small strips of blue cardstock were added at the seams of the white and Fruit Pink layers.

Thanks for stopping by! We're having a beautiful day, hope you are too.
