Sending Smiles to Grace

Jennifer McGuire is doing a card drive for a little girl named Grace who lost her twin sister to cancer. You can read about Ellie and Grace Here. You can also find the details about how you can participate in the card drive, if you wish.
This is my first card for Grace. The only stamping is the sentiment, that is from a clear set by Hero. It actually read "sending you smiles" but I cut the sentiment apart and stamped it separately. That's another great thing about clear sentiments, you can alter them to use in different ways.
The sewing was a little time consuming, but I enjoyed it, it was relaxing. You could do the paper piercing ahead of time and do the sewing while watching tv, traveling, or waiting for an appointment.
The flower patterns are from an "In Stitchz" design by Bazzill.
Hope your day is full of smiles!
Thanks for your visit, they give me smiles :)
